BoxFit is our womens only boxing class. it is a guided non-contact boxing workout which incorporates boxing technique, heavy bags, 1-on-1 mitt work, core work and full-body strength training paired with high-energy music. 

Classes rUn in 5 week sessions for $90. Class days are monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. class times are 5am, 6am, & 8:30am
